Riding the Rails

It's been a busy and chaotic end to the summer, so I felt like doing a more tranquil scene. What I wouldn't give to hop on a train and chug through some peaceful, snow capped mountains! Oh, and see the conductor's pocket watch? It's displaying the time he was born, just for fun.

Woo hoo! The IndieGoGo campaign ended with a bang...71% funded! Countless thanks to each of you who personally contributed or who shared the link with fellow babywearers. Your perks will be arriving once the books are completed, which should be around November. 

In the meantime, updates will be available here on the blog, with the most recent one being that my editor is currently working on page layouts for the wrapscapes. The initial sample proof looks fantastic!

Little Bug's Birthday

I can't believe this sweet little boy of mine is one year old already! What a blessing it has been to see him learn and grow these past twelve months. 

Even though he has been walking for several months and is incredibly active, he is becoming easier to pose for our wrap scenes, and loves when I count to three to take his photo. What fun!

My manuscript was submitted to the publisher last night, and, following their review, the next step will be to sign the author's contract and send in the first 33% of the final publication cost. You have all made that very important step possible!
